Suitability of the mount is critical to the success of the rider. Rolling Rock Farm provides counseling and evaluation services for the proper equine selection. We then design a training curriculum tailored to the horses' mental and physical capabilities and apply consistent training through positive re-enforcement techniques to enable the horse and rider to achieve their potential. Every 90 days we evaluate the training process and prepare a progress report on the horse, review the results with the client and establish goals for the next 90 day period. We avoid 'drilling' - repetitive, intensive work - and strive to establish and maintain willing, happy horses and ponies through a varied exercise and conditioning program. Our goal is to achieve well rounded mounts that are comfortable and confident in the show ring as well as on the trail.
Board and training rates are subject to change and may vary depending on circumstances.
