Our Youth Pony Program is designed to introduce the young rider to competitive riding using
'Mother Approved, Kid Tested Ponies' - something a little smaller and less intimidating. Our show schedule includes schooling
shows, Welsh Pony Shows (May-Sept), and perhaps 1-2 "A" Hunter Shows in the region.
Our lesson program is designed for the more serious rider who wants to excel beyond recreational
riding and has a desire to compete. Thus we require a minimum of 2 lessons per week, one a flat lesson and the second
lesson over fences. The lesson programs are tailored to the rider's abilities and objectives. We maintain a small (no more
than 3) class size in order to provide personalized attention. Rates for the fall session are as follows:
1 hr private lesson - $ 50 per hour
1 hr semi-private lesson - $ 35 per hour
